I've been working with Jeff for about a couple years now. I take out a bridge loan to help out with the slower winter months, and occasionally in the summer time when larger jobs come in. They're fast and transparent with the whole process, very professional.
Jeff and his team are awesome. It's tough to find traditional financing for my business due to its industry and seasonality. I feel like I speak for most small business owners when I say I'd much rather be out there making money than noodling through all the different funding options out there alone.
